BOOKKEEPER

  • Established proficiency in bookkeeping

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles

  • Demonstrates the ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail

  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

  • Proficiency in English language

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Effective negotiation skills


CAD OPERATOR

  • Associate degree in drafting or a related field

  • Additional courses in CAD software

  • Knowledgeable in engineering and construction


SAMPLE MAKER (WOODWORKING)

  • At least a High School Graduate

  • Ability to read/interpret full-size drawings

  • Proficiency in operating various woodworking machines

  • Experience in furniture is an advantage


MACHINE OPERATOR (WOODWORKING)

  • Proficiency in operating various woodworking machines

  • Demonstrates good to above-average performance in all projects

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to work overtime when required

CARPENTER/ASSEMBLER

  • At least a High School Graduate

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a carpenter/assembler in woodworking

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Can start immediately

Time of Work: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday – Saturday


CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customer orders are shipped on time and following up on late or delayed shipments, and returns. This requires you to arrange shipments with our customers with our approved list of companies. Liaising with customers, the sales team and warehouse will also be required. You will, from time to time, have to contact with customers couriers and trucking companies to locate missing items and late deliveries. You will also be assisting with the returns process, setting up return shipments. Also included in your responsibilities is coordinating with Product Development Head and Production Department Heads in making customers samples and reporting progress.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business/Engineering course

  • Has excellent spoken and written English

  • Detailed-oriented and highly organized

  • Possesses a sense of urgency

  • Computer literate, experience in Excel, Word, and Google Docs is required.

  • Has a business orientation and good analytical skills

Time of Work: 8 AM to 4 PM Monday – Saturday
